    Learn to make pemmican, carry salted macadamia nuts and bring smoked cheese and you have the best field rations that provide you with everything your body needs in a very calorie dense package per weight carried. You will need to eat less often, as snacking constantly is not good for your body.

    Snacking through the day is better than 2 or 3 heavier meals. Allows more variety too. Thank you for sharing 👍
