Side deep squats are so damn hard somehow i completed the first set but when it comes to do twice i ended up doing 12-13. Counts

I have started doing this excercises not for weight loss. To boost my morning energy. I have a doubt that most of the excercises are repeated like punches,leg pulls, squat arm lifts… we can also repeat the excercises or for the first time you are sharing how to do it, afterwards nxt time we may do it. And another one is, I’m not dng it for the weight loss,so is it okay to do it, could you please anyone tell me.
