    I’ve started substituting oatmeal with chia bombs. 2 tbs each chia seeds, hemp hearts, and flax seed meal. Cold soaked over night add a heaping spoonful of either powdered milk or powdered coconut milk, some honey or brown sugar, and any fruits and or nuts you would add to oatmeal. Tons of omega 3s, protein, carbs, and vitamins and minerals. Great start to the day or alternative to oatmeal in the morning

    I hiked a northern section of the Appalachian Trail when I was younger, and I found the hikers on that trail were the happiest people I’ve ever met.
