Lower Pines Campground – Yosemite CA – Booking info + Amenities

Hi Travel Friends! I only had a few specific campground site images from Lower Pines, but this video provides helpful information about booking your campsite and includes details about amenities and the location of Lower Pines Campground in Yosemite National Park. We stayed at site 020.

I have a full campground layout ride-through at Upper Pines, and that video is right here! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dT67NrNPFJo&t=1447s

    Terrific & Informative! Thanks… so, my question is -er questions are;
    1. Do you have tips or a vid on the frustrating task of booking a campsite?
    2. I fell in love with Lower Pines 018 because I gotta be creekside. Have you happened to stayed at any other creeky sites?
    3(last). if i can’t get a creek maybe you know of the shadiest sites either in lower, north or upper pines?
    hope I didn’t bug you with too many questions. you seem enthusiastic to help, which we love.
    we usually camp in early/mid spring. Did you experience very high river levels? …assuming you were there last spring. THANKS!

    Do you need an additional permit to get into the park if you have campsite reservations?

    Great video! I was considering booking at upper pines but you sold me on lower pines campground. I do have a couple of questions if you don’t mind.

    1. Are dogs allowed in the shuttle?
    2. What are the wait times for the shuttle?
    3. What are the main sites to visit at lower pines campground?

    Thank you!

    Hi fell on your videos. I have a question on pulling 30’ RV from Bay Area and routes with tunnels. We are about 12’7” high. Can we take 120 in?

    Thanks for the video. Did you get phone signal so you could make/receive phone calls on the campsites?

    Debating a good time to visit the park. I am starting to like after September these days, when majority of the kids are in school.

    No showers in the campground? wow. I took my daughter and 2 nieces. We camped at Curry Village and showered daily after each hike.

    Yosemite is absolutely beautiful. I have a question. Is it true that the national parks no longer take cash for payment? Thanks for taking us. LIKE 3. 👍👍👍
