The products offered by the store are undoubtedly of very good quality. It’s a shame that the customer service, at least in my experience, was very bad, especially due to the apathy of some of the RBM outdoors staff like Tatiana, who, due to a legitimate claim of a charge made to my credit card even though they informed me that the order had been canceled due to declined payment (although my bank statement says otherwise), he ARBITRARILY canceled another unrelated order I had placed with my shop account, I really wanted the koala 7 tent. BUT THIS GIRL’S INTRANSIGENCE LEFT ME NO OPTION BUT TO TELL THE STORY TO THE ENTIRE COMMUNITY.
