This year I’m going to make it my best to go here
This was incredibly done, can’t wait for a video on oregeon/crater lake and washington!
I keep on expecting a sasquatch to jump out
So pretty ππππ
Cool, this part of the US is definitely on our bucket list. Thanks for showing us this amazing scenery. ππ
My home is now in Mckinleyville Ca Humboldt county. Retired and
Moved here 3 yrs ago from Folsom ca. We have been to Ave of Giants and Lady Bird. Hope to visit a few more places that you shared in this video this spring/Summer ππ²πΏπππ
Really enjoy your travels. Where are you off to next? Be safe and God’s peace.
Excellent video, lovely tour π thank you dear friend
I wish you a happy day π·
Great video on this magical forest. The many trails off of the Avenue of the Giants are some of the best explorations in California.
Where are places to stay the night when visiting? Thank you.
Did you make it to the Boy Scout Tree? It is actually not on the trail. One of the best trails in Redwood NP is actually the Tall Trees Grove Loop trail that requires a permit and one of the main filming locations for Star Wars: Return of the Jedi. The tallest tree in the world, Hyperion, is not too far from that trail. A much lesser known trail which is ‘now closed’ but the trail is still there as it shares with other trails is Grove of Titans. This is where you will find several of the top 10 largest redwood in the world.
I had Elk meat in a home made lasagna, it was delicious!
I had a dream about bridges high in a forest. This park is in the most literal way a dream come true
Great video! The Redwood Sky Walk reminded me of scenes from Endor in Return of the Jedi. Awesome!
We also just got back from a road trip to the Redwoods / Oregon coast and Crater Lake. The entire trip was amazing, but Jedidiah Smith was our favorite place. The trees there were huge, and it was so fun driving through the narrow winding road. The Stout Grove is only 0.6 miles long like you said, but we still ended up spending a few hours there it was so amazing. We also did the Drive -Thru Tour Tree in Klamath and the Trees of Mystery which were also a lot of fun. Wish we could have explored some of these other sections farther South like you did but we just didn’t have enough time.
The redwoods national park is the place where my dreams happen.
A magical place !
We made the trip and hit many of these places on your suggestions. Although I grew up in Northern California and have seen lots of redwoods, this area is incredible and magical.
Hey Gabrielle I’ve been watching your videos for the past year now, fell in love with Lake Tahoe and been thinking of doing the redwoods next and seen this video of yours. Had some questions it your Able to answer
That was a nice video. Thanks for giving me some ideas on exploring the redwoods. Have seen the Stout Grove, but more to explore! Thanks for sharing.ππ

I’ve been here before but back then, I didn’t go on all the trails and didn’t take any videos. This is inspiring me to go back again. π
