Witness Incredible Wildlife Sightings in the Fall on a Solo Hike in the Woods
The White-tailed Deer rut leads to a lot of activity in the herd. A Red-tailed Hawk eats a Meadow Vole. Fall is the best time for viewing wildlife. Find out why.
Hiking with Kathleen is on Rogers TV. Find out how to tune in in your city if you live in Ontario, Canada.

Thanks for bringing us along – what a relaxing and beautiful excursion. Glad to see the hawk finding prey. Fun to see the turkeys striding along too. The buck was gorgeous!
I have been able to observe Great Horned Owls on several occasions by following the sounds of mobbing Crows and Blue Jays.
Wow, beautiful colours in the woods, not a surprise you were a teacher in the past, love your story time hikes❤️, Turkey Vultures, beautiful…
Mr. Red Tail very handsome, it’s very important that they learn to hunt, the trees are Magical ✨✨✨✨

What a great capture of your solo hike. Such a treat to see the wildlife and the deer was the cherry on top! Thanks so much for taking us along. A big shout out to Shannon too for her weekly contributions as well in helping make these videos so special and professional.
Your videos are such a great combo of beauty and education. The imagery of the bucks was something else!!
Beautiful. .. Question, so how far off trail do you walk to find wildlife such as fox coyotes etc and be far enough away from people? Do you have a video that explains this im a photographer and im trying to figure this part about trails and scoping out. Thanks in advance ☺️
Stunning shots as always, Kathleen. 👌 The hawk was captivating. Excellent tips as well, one day I might actually get a good shot of wildlife myself. 👍
Another nice morning, coffee in hand. You only hike 3xs as far to set up cameras and do the filming and then retrieve the cameras. Great work, much appreciated.
THANK YOU BOTH EH!
Another good hiking with you, your knowledge and your great desire to make us more aware about nature and wildlife. That was very interesting. Thank you very much.
