The TTS isn’t entirely accurate (to the best of my understanding) because even taking the moment before birth where the mother’s foetus is fully developed inside the grandmother, children only contain follicles, eggs are created one at a time during ovulation. A follicle might get close to containing the genetic information of the sister, but due to all of the craziness that happens during meiosis, such as crossing over, the sister’s genetic information would not be finished in utero.
