Overnight In Remote Cabin
I went “camping” up a winding mountain road in an #oldcabin. It was available to use on a first-come first-served basis. An amazing little lake and 2 little campsites were just perfect for me for the night. Mosquitoes were horrible, but in the #remotecabin was cozy and mosquito free for most of the night.

14:15 that is a famous chinese spirit called maotai ‘prince’ baijiu, which should be expensive. It’s a surprice that someone has left it in a cabinπ€£
Wow, there is a good time !!!ππ
My grandparents lived on a lake. The sound of the frogs takes me back to my childhood.
I know this is an older video and I don’t know who will see this, but the mystery white bottle is Maotai, a Chinese alcohol
Looks awesome!
The item you asked what language it was is Japanese
Having seen a video online of a brown bear that attacked a man and literally tore his face off while he was still wiggling around on his back, there is no such thing as "being too careful" with having bear spray and such. Personally, I’d prefer the bear spray as the first line of defense, but a firearm with full metal jackets as a second line of defense. I’m not sure of Canada’s gun laws, however. We Americans aren’t really as trigger-happy as a lot of countries stereotype us as being (okay, maybe Texas is an exception), but we just like self-defense a lot.
Nice one steve!
I sure miss the good ol days when I used to camp as a kid
Steve Wallis is my hero π―π―
Omg, you’ll be eaten alive !
Steve: (plays guitar)
Me: That sounds beautiful!
Steve: Apologies. Iβm out of practice.
I keep coming back to this one. Its camping with steve in its pure form π
All thats missing is the fishing rods
Miss u Steve. Can’t wait for new video hope all is well
you still have to smell yourself
Dang nice place maybe not be enough suffering for me but good to have a video hunker down junkie π
How long can person stay in one of those cabins ?
What you gonna do with that spray other then pissing off a bear and you being food
you need a stealth fishing rod for such occasions
I so enjoyed this one Steve. I love guitar music π΅πΆπ΅πΆ. You play very good. Watching was so relaxing.
God bless you now and always.β€β€β€ππππππππππππππππππ
You always find the coolest places to stay. Enjoy all.
As a kid my family would spend our summers up at Grizzly cabin – great fishing at all the lakes in that area. You always have to be watching for windstorms – I have memories of being stuck on the road because of trees falling across the road.
D B Cooper. Brilliant. Thanks Steve.
Yall should do something about your useless government with a million ridiculous laws and rules hell you canβt even protect yourself properly from bears everyone deserves the right to have a firearm to properly defend themselves like here in the free United States well except California but we do not claim them as part of the USA anymore
this is such a cool vid! i’d love to visit that cabin someday
Thanks for the great video Steve. Love your guitar playing, definitely should do that more often, if you enjoy it. Remember, do what you enjoy doing and all of us are going to gladly watch it. π
my favorite episode
Does a bear shit in the road?
some people swear by Thermacwll but we weren’t happy with it we use the mosquito coils and swear by it
Loose my fear of bears, or succumb to one π classic Steve!
Thanks for zooming in on my signature on the cabin wall. π The red and white bottle on the shelf is Chinese rice wine.
I wouldn’t mind spending a week there
What year is the RAV4?
β¦he even plays guitar.
Nice sight
This video starts off like a classic horror vlog lol
In the french Pyrenees there was a cabin like this. However a psychopath installed a trail cam connected to his phone. He’d come in the night to kill and butcher lonesome hikers.
WOW Steve another great adventure in mother nature π π π
Getting chased out of there by mosquitos is the most Canadian thing on this channel
1:10 Do bears shit in the woods? Nah right on the road mate π€£ππ€£π
You must be in Northern BC for scenery like that lolol or interior BC Either way itβs fabulous and ideal
The cabin area is a beautiful place. So peaceful.
Love your videos man! Makes one feel not so lonely on lonely nights!
haha you should have taken a pull of that kaoliang wine for the video, probably the worst Step 2 youβd have ever had in your life
I don’t think you are over doing Bear Spray at all Steve, if bears are around and you cone across one you would stand no chance, no one would want to get caught with no protection and get attacked.. always best to be safe have bear spray with you, take no chances
looks like a cabin from friday the 13th
I hope you find everything youβre searching for in life, Steve.
Thank you for the gifts of adventure, beautiful scenery, discovery, and companionship that you share with us in each video. β€
Crazy Neighbour needs to be outside on a constant Bear watch.π
How exactly does an open-use cabin work. What keeps it from happening where you are using it and someone shows up to use it then too; do they then just have to leave and go back home or is there so resolution for such an instance?
