Noosa Northshore Beach Camping Site Tour | Teewah Beach , Double Island Point & Cooloola Coast

Noosa Northshore Beach Camping Site Tour | Teewah Beach , Double Island Point & Cooloola Coast

Thanks for joining me with this weeks addition on the Noosa Northshore Beach Camping Site Tour as well as a quick tour on Teewah Beach in the Sunhine Coast.
This camp ground is a great option for beach camping with easy 2 wheel drive access, or not having to drive on the beach. However, if you have a four wheel drive, you’ll be able to drive all the way down the beach to Double Island Point, or even as far as Rainbow Beach. This obviously depend on the tides and conditions.

Hi Chris, it is so nice that the main campground doesn’t require 4wd… But that there is also a more secluded camping option if you have it!

The footage of the beach at sunrise was so beautiful 😍

Well done. Best review I’ve seen. We do a week here every year. It’s excellent

I like when you include maps, Chris as it really helps with ‘placing’ everything. I took my family camping at Teewah a few years ago and our experience was not good. We camped behind the dunes at the northern end and most of the night we were kept up by hoons tearing up the beach plus the sand all around our site was filled with broken glass. I was later told by regular visitors that weekends are a bad time to go to Teewah if you have kids. But there is no excuse for the broken glass and it just angered me. Anyway, if go back I will try a weekday and one of the grassier areas towards the south.

5:46 looks like pets are allowed at that campground. I like that there plenty of grass and so close to the beach.

Beautiful campground! It looked very green and lush. And the proximity to the beach was awesome! Omg, those views are incredible! And the sunset 🤩 or was it sunrise? Either way 🤩🤩

We stayed at Noosa North Shore two years ago. Really enjoyed it. Camped at Teewah in July this year. Was great but had lots of stuff wash onto the beach from the floods. Great video!
