On the last trail with the planks… what happens if you fall? Sure, they may have the ropes attached to them… but realistically… if a person ain’t strong enough to climb a rope… what happens? How are they gonna get back onto a plank when hanging 5 feet below it?

  5. @sallyraynor8984 on March 16, 2025 at 12:51 am

None of it is dangerous when you are wearing a harness and climbing ropes, lol!

  6. @lindawinzenread607 on March 16, 2025 at 12:51 am

I’m afraid I’d have to disagree about Angels’ Landing or Mist Trail being particularly dangerous.

  13. @glendabarton1914 on March 16, 2025 at 1:05 am

I look at these trails and I say, Nah I’ll pass.

Huahan plank walk has double harness. It is dangerous only when you lose the harness … which is illegal. It was a great hike and view.

Your video of the "Camp Muir Trail / snowfield" was nowhere near the Muir Snowfield — this was mostly shot Northwest of Little Tahoma, the sister peak near Rainier. The hike from Paradise up to Pebble Creek is actually straightforward as is the transition to the Snowfield. The actual hike up the snowfield is a straight shot with very little danger, other than rapid weather changes. The trip down from Camp Muir to Paradise can be done in about an hour given glissading and fast-hiking the trails.

  38. @drew7099 on March 16, 2025 at 1:34 am

  39. @christinegraves7487 on March 16, 2025 at 1:34 am

Parts of this literally took took my breath away. Now I know why have such a fear of heights. I can lean over the balcony railing as long as it’s no higher than the 2nd floor, and only if I’d land on grass. Yet It doesn’t bother me if I’m 35,000 ft high in a plane. Go figure.

  40. @grandpatouchy8675 on March 16, 2025 at 1:35 am

    Angels landing wasn’t that bad

  41. @kitgin4504 on March 16, 2025 at 1:35 am

On the #1 Trail, I am guessing you don’t ever come down from it!
You just become a Buddhist monk and stay there until you die…
    It’s a one-way road, apparently! 😂😢😮😂😂
