You don’t have to walk. Just be outside.
All you need is a space without a roof where you can dine, cook, read, work and rest, sometimes sleep; lounge and workout. But for this you need open spaces to work with.

To be outside I find it stressful to walk hike or run. It’s such a chore. So just a chair works.

the health benefits of being outdoors has been erased by the fear mongering and lies to scare people being outside cause the ‘sun’ is going to kill you> nonsense. most people lack vitamin d , especially kids due to this. most people lack exercise, from siting indoors. Most hospitals used to have solariums to sit patients in the sun for healing aid. Then the so called ‘heathcare’ stopped being about care and went to for cash, and pills for life instead.

Fresh air helps everything, being outside is hugely beneficial to everyone. I do walk with me videos for anyone that can’t get out right now to just experience the views, the sounds..it’s so important to get to have those things in your everyday life in some way x

The little water creek alone makes me wanna go outside, it’s actually been such a long time since I’ve touched flowing water like that. It may sound weird but I really miss it, going to spend the day outside tommorow:)))

Anyone should get into the passion of being out in nature. Being out in nature has so many benefits for you physically and mentally. As long as you know how to drive, walk, bike, or hike you could do this. Being out in nature helps your clear your mind and be relaxed. Making you feel much better/calm after.
Spending time outdoors can also be helpful for your own immune system by increasing the production of white blood cells. Being out in nature is also promote physical fitness. It is a very beneficial way to help your get your steps in. You can either bike, walk or hike to be out in nature.

  22. @EmilyGloeggler7984 on March 23, 2025 at 1:42 am

This is false. Going outside doesn’t help make everyone better, there are cases where it even has made people worse, for a myriad of individual reasons – including adding stress.

Interesting facts: therapy costs several hundred dollars per hour or thereabouts. Nature cost nothing to enjoy. Get out and enjoy a fitness walk and I highly recommend using trekking poles. The pendulum walk is my preference.

  28. @abduyaqubi9822 on March 23, 2025 at 1:51 am

Should be in nature ? or just be outside in public places ?

  29. @el_gatoNegro on March 23, 2025 at 1:53 am

I would go outside everyday if I wasn’t living in a very hot, desert climate country with temperatures during summer that can really harm you as a result of prolonged exposure to sun light and not drinking adequate amounts of fluids. The only time the temperatures become good are during early to mid winter.

  30. @Salyjey on March 23, 2025 at 1:54 am
