How to Set Up a Campsite
A campsite can be as simple as setting up a tent or shelter to catch some zzz’s or it can be your outdoor home away from home. Whichever you decide, the right gear, a little extra planning and some conscientious camp habits can make all the difference. Whether you’re setting up a tent outdoors for the first time or looking to improve your current approach, it’s worth learning the essentials of a well-arranged basecamp and adding smart, simple touches to make it more comfortable.

LOL HAHA🤪🤪🤪🤪
Nice to see REI still making videos like this.
This seems to combine camping with glamping. Most camp sites around us may have room for one or two vehicles so the rest drop off gear or hike it in. As far as a line to hang gear buy some paracord and work on your knots. If you are bringing all that gear you could easily bring a bunch of water so the filtering part doesn’t seem to be as much of an issue.
May I suggest you get with a scout troop and do a video about their version of camping? If it is backpacking the reclining chair is not an option. We do some car camping as well and one thing not seen is a Dutch oven to make meals and desserts.
Shut up and take our money 💰 🤑 😅!
For safety when camping among trees, look up and make certain there aren’t any "widow makers" overhead.
