How sensible of you to turn back to save time. Iโve pushed ahead on a hike when I shouldnโt have and although I lucked out with the conditions, risking injury due to fatigue was a really bad idea ๐
May I suggest King’s Peak in Strathcona Park on Vancouver Island. Technically you can summit in a single day, but it’s like 12 hours straight of hiking. Much better to camp at the bowl, summit on day two, camp again, then head home on day 3.
clickbait title and you are weak for quitting
Woahhh ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ

Poor dog. Looks like nightmare terrain for him/her.
Looks like nightmare terrain for people as well.

11 thousand is nothing we climb to 14000 + almost every week. I can see you are taking the wrong route, and you should be carrying a longer stick

Foresty Forest and his courageous little pooch, Rocco! What great climbing buddies. Then again, keeping up with an expert…
Do you use gas tanks or what at that height. Just curious, I am from South Tirol and never saw any hikers at 3.500 metres use gas in any way….
Bravo!
To get better at something climbing through the hard rock battling with all

Go to a course of hiking with instructors
