How do you address the increase shear force at the knee that’s created by increasing the tibial angle relative to the ankle when you elevate the foot?

Good tip, tho her rear knee is nowhere near the floor so there is no point in elevating the front foot
Yes, its called a deficit. Been around for ever, nothing new here. But its excellent!

Why do I lose balance when I stand on one leg? I’m not able to do that.
I’m gonna try this tomorrow and mostly likely curse you for giving me this idea during the last few reps on the last set.
How do I avoid the PINCH in my front leg hip though!? I had to stop doing these because it felt like I was pushing my hip sockets too far.
