CAMPSITE SETUP | TENT CAMPING TIPS
This is a demonstration of how Joe and Nast set up their campsite. Setting up a campsite can be a lot of work, but if you come up with a method of how you like to have things laid out, the task of getting the campsite set up becomes much simpler.

Like this set upโฆ.just wish we had nice place to camp! Enjoy!
I love the tarp idea! It looks great and makes sense. I’ll have to try that, glad I watched this….
nice. Can u tell us a bit about your tarp pole. Is that homemade? We’d like one like yours, nice & tall. for when there is no tree around.
Very nice setup!
Great vid!The Coleman Red Canyon is the best designed tent for Extreme wind and rain made by Coleman.Waterproof it and it’s good to go.Many times I have seen Hazardous weather blow in and the Red Canyon is the only tent left standing in the campground.
Omg everything is done really good I hope my side camp ๐๏ธ is going to be perfect as I planned I also think ๐ญ to make a video I ending get to much to make it look perfect ๐๐ผthanks for all the tips about camping โบ๏ธ
Nice mustache!!
My wife used airplane carry-on luggage until we got proper backpacks. We’ve been in tents for decades.
I loved watching your family adventure. Reminded me of when my adult kids were little, and we would tent it with them. ๐๐
Nice job
Too much work for a vacation. I go solo and love it
who tf goes camping with so much stuff? man americans, you take the fun out of camping…
Pretty young wife and sweet little family. Looks like one on the way. Appreciate ideas and applications. Already watched another of your videos on setting up your tarp. Already helped me change my mind on my purchases. Thank you and God bless you in Jesus Christ.
Looks more like glamping than camping to me…
@5:30 You elpin? Shakes head no and walks away. lol
I have a simple, yet honest dumb question. Outside of backyard camping, do you have to supply your own firewood when camping at State/federal parks?
Im 39 never been married wish i had a family i canp alone and mountain bike too ๐ข๐ขโค
Nice set up! Have fun!
Mans got that me myself and Irene mustache๐ ๐ ๐
Put a tarp under temt keeps moisture from ground of โบ
Awesome time with the family
Always keep your eyes out on your kids research it
Nice set up
Your kids are adorable!
Glamping.
Wow. This is a really cool set up. I have never thought of getting a tent for the picnic table. I think I will implement this because it will also help with any bugs etc. Thanks for the ideas!
Nice video , can you please share the link for your camping bed
Nice stache
At first, I was like, "Hey, this guy packs as much as I do!"
Then I realized you didn’t pack for just one, you packed for a family of 4 ๐คฆโโ๏ธ Lol!
First step, cheer up and look like you’re enjoying it
Cute American family… Hope Russia, North and Iran will not koll all of us!
I enjoyed watching your video very much, I love going camping as much as I can, I wish you and your family the best. God Bless All of you, can’t wait to hit the road, going to Yosemite next month, ๐๐๐
nice campsite ๐
Nice hat.
Very slick setup. Never thought of screen tent over the table.
Did this guy drive a bus to his campsite? I canโt haul all that crap in my truck. Who is this guy??? Chuck Norris of camping??
The first problem that I see in this โcampsite setup tutorialโ, is a truckload of stuff. Way too much gear.

Wowww I love it
Great set up. Especially the tarp. You made it look easy.
First, I always try to determine the direction of the predominant weather. If it comes in from the west, I put the door of the tent facing east. I also sweep the area under the tent to clear out annoying small rocks and pebbles. I also put a tarp down and then put the tent on that. Keeps the tent material from wearing out. I do like the idea of the screen tent. Altogether nice campsite setup. Nice family too!
I need to stop watching these camp set up videos. I end up buying more and more things ๐. Anyway, thank you for the videos. Lots if great ideas for first time campers such as myself. I saw your other video on how to set up a tarp over your site. Another good video!
Zero personality
After my husband died, I sold all our old camping stuff that had shock cords (we had several tents) and bought "instant" everything so I could set up by myself. Even bought a compact, nesting Lifetime brand picnic table and benches so I wouldn’t have to worry about spiders, splinters and trying to relocate heavy units (if they were even in the campsite). Also gave up on our old white gas Coleman camp stove and bought propane instant ignition stove. Thank goodness technology advanced and prices became reasonable, so I didn’t have to give up on camping!
Great job guys
I didn’t realise those picnic tables were not to share. ๐๐๐
Good family time. Nothing else matter
These folks just started camping it’s very obvious and what did you bring the whole house with you here I got a tip for you as well Make a game with the children to go hunt twigs and bring back as many bundles and reward one of them with the marshmallow who brings the most that way you get that fire started right away too so you can get dinner going and you sit by the campfire but looking where you are you probably not allowed to have campfires huh I’m figuring Northern California Southern Oregon
Thanks for sharing, awesome to see families out enjoying nature.
I thought you already answered, but where is this campsite located? And which one is your favorite in the Midwest? I just love any site with tall pines.
My only beef is an unsheathed hatchet being carried incorrectly and left lying around with little kids playing in the area.
