Breakfast Fry Up is a must! 🍳🥓🔥
While I have to admit this is not a Full Breakfast Fry Up, it is as close as I can get here in the States. Skillet roasted potatoes, eggs, bacon, breakfast sausage, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans create this whole meal! It really does give you all the sustenance you need (until 2nd breakfast). Now that’s a breakfast! Years ago my sister in law’s mother would make a HUGE country breakfast on a wood stove for a house full of people. So many different types of breakfast foods, everything delicious. There was hardly room on this long table for everything to fit! It was the biggest meal of the day and no one wanted to miss breakfast! 😋😋😋

Such a great reminder. It feels sad to think there’s so much out there I want to explore that has been out of my reach but there’s so much I already do have to enjoy now! I feel in my bones that one day I will have those opportunities, but for now I will continue to cherish the little treasures I have now. 🤍

I love baked beans but its always seemed so strange that brits eat them with breakfast since theyre an afternoon barbecue thing here in the states. That being said when i finally went to England i had an english breakfast and yeah thsy work pretty well with eggs and sausage.
