  2. @Liendoelcm on September 1, 2025 at 1:50 pm

Yeuch! People are not disposing of their own used toilet paper??? Great way to stop visitors!

  3. @RetroRVRecon on September 1, 2025 at 1:52 pm

Excellent video, I wish I had seen it sooner. We are taking an RV trip from Louisiana that way and we reserved at RV campgrounds. Had I known there are so many places to boondock we may have picked some of these beautiful locations. Thanks, next time! šŸ˜‰

  7. @ArizonaGlockMan on September 1, 2025 at 2:01 pm

Arizona is the best state in the country in my opinion. I have lived all over the country but nothing compares.

  8. @hodgepodgeporch on September 1, 2025 at 2:01 pm

You can’t live in the forest here. Two years later, y’all came here during covid and trashed our wiild places and camp grounds. Burned the picnic tables and left your broken tents and chairs, dirty diapers, you name it. Not to mention cleaning out our grocery stores and not wearing masks while bringing your entire family in to shop. Please don’t feel the need to advertise our home for your pleasure.

  9. @haroldvonhelms8304 on September 1, 2025 at 2:02 pm

BLM and the state could put in pay showers

  10. @mybeautifullife9333 on September 1, 2025 at 2:03 pm

  11. @JohnDillon-zh7js on September 1, 2025 at 2:03 pm

I have never paid to go camping.

Great video, planning on getting out there next week

  21. @philipking8426 on September 1, 2025 at 2:18 pm

forest road 687 is actually the Cochise stronghold. You can find obsidian arrowheads but it is illegal to take them.

  22. @marslynch3267 on September 1, 2025 at 2:18 pm

Don’t go to Peoria if you want to squat for free! The Arizona Land Trust requires a permit good for a total of 14days per calendar year!! No more exceptions the PD is all over it.

  23. @juanespinoza3688 on September 1, 2025 at 2:18 pm

I am going up to Northern Arizona this summer to live in a campsite for as long as I can!!! Tired of living in the city and city noise!!!

  24. @tominmtnvw on September 1, 2025 at 2:19 pm

You say only 15% of the state is privately owned, but you don’t mention that 27% of Arizona is Indian reservation, and 13% is state trust land that’s 40% of Arizona and camping in these areas is all but prohibited. It’s important to take this into consideration when planning your camping spot. I’ve learned firsthand having been ushered out of these areas on several occasions just in 2024. Much of it is devoid of signage.

  25. @rdkuless on September 1, 2025 at 2:22 pm

You didn’t mention bike camping with tents… What are the things you need to know about camping in this landscape in a tent. SNAKES..? yikes..! Places to find drinking water..? I want to tour Arizona on my Solar powered Etrike/trailer. What should i prepare for or be aware of..? thanks Robb PDX

  26. @ronfraley4738 on September 1, 2025 at 2:23 pm

With all the illegals crossing the border do boon dockers have to worry about their safety.

  27. @midlifetrailerlife on September 1, 2025 at 2:23 pm

Great reviews! Can’t wait to get our trailer out to Arizona!!

  28. @rgwebb19 on September 1, 2025 at 2:24 pm

Good Luck using Compendium anymore! Sold to and destroyed by capitalism. No more map, just a list of sites to scramble through not knowing if anything is along your route. Stick with YouTube for suggestions, better than Compendium is now.

  29. @eutimiochavez415 on September 1, 2025 at 2:25 pm

Love camping in arizona ,do it all the time ā¤ā¤ā¤

  30. @billveek9518 on September 1, 2025 at 2:26 pm

My advice is stay away from Arizona, snakes, and left wing democrats are everywhere, tell your friends to leave us alone thanks.

  31. @sacaciana on September 1, 2025 at 2:28 pm

Do you need a permit for any of these camp grounds ? Specifically the ones closest to the Grand Canyon?

  32. @jackthefunshack8618 on September 1, 2025 at 2:28 pm

Oh! And another fun fact, at 6:19 that is MY CAMPER, MY CAMP CHAIRS, and MY CAMPFIRE!! LOL šŸ˜‚ I was totally ticked to see our picture featured here! We sold that camper and now building Ram Promaster camper van, can’t wait to finish the build so we can find more amazing free campsites!! 🄰

  33. @jjjohny_a5965 on September 1, 2025 at 2:30 pm

    great camping tips thank you

  34. @tominmtnvw on September 1, 2025 at 2:33 pm

If you Boondock near the Grand Canyon, you will have to drive quite a distance to restock your supply. Also, this mentioned that one site is 15 minutes from the Grand Canyon. But it doesn’t mention is that it takes about an hour to get in. The line is very very long and slow.

  35. @gnobelaxfourmy6420 on September 1, 2025 at 2:34 pm

I really appreciate you letting me know about the one near Tombstone. I like that area quite a bit.

  36. @nclare7 on September 1, 2025 at 2:36 pm

Oh my gosh, this channel is fantastic. Thanks so much for the great information!

  37. @Moomoo-ce7wz on September 1, 2025 at 2:37 pm

Leaving Pagosa springs Colorado heading to 4 four corners

The entire Coconino from Flagstaff all the way to the western border of New Mexico based on my own experience has extremely poor or no cell reception it’s an absolutely gorgeous area otherwise with wonderful fishing. The stream trout put up quite a fight!

  39. @cadilacdesert on September 1, 2025 at 2:39 pm

do really have to tell the whole world? 500K people moving here a year!!! hope you get your views

  40. @3RayJ3 on September 1, 2025 at 2:39 pm

No more camping at Fortuna Pond. The BLM says they are considering an off lake camping area in the future but for now it is day use only.

  41. @kevinarmstrong7469 on September 1, 2025 at 2:39 pm

Your the reason Arizona has turned into a sh*thole and hunting has gone down drastically. I can’t stand people like you that show every person good or bad were to squat!!!

  42. @tominmtnvw on September 1, 2025 at 2:40 pm

You said saddle Mountain but you also said saddleback Mountain when talking about the same location. I’m confused. and why are you pushing locations around Quartzsite? To be perfectly honest, cork site is an armpit. There are practically no amenities considering the million plus people that tiny little town in the winter. Why do you keep typing the amenities considering this fact.

  43. @NancyandMako on September 1, 2025 at 2:40 pm

Loved your video thanks so much !!!!!

  44. @RodHelms-e5k on September 1, 2025 at 2:42 pm

The road are so rough from the toys that drive to fast

  45. @tominmtnvw on September 1, 2025 at 2:42 pm

It’s beyond understanding why you concentrate on southern Arizona, when the most beautiful areas by far are in the Verde Valley general area, in the mountains around Flagstaff, and up north in the Kaibab forest.

  46. @yooperdog on September 1, 2025 at 2:44 pm

Great video. We stayed at Empire Ranch and checked out Dragoon mountains. We’ll be back.

  47. @juanruis4541 on September 1, 2025 at 2:44 pm

  48. @Flightrisk61 on September 1, 2025 at 2:45 pm

Ohmygosh this is a big help for a new camper, thank you so much

  49. @michellecastaneda4104 on September 1, 2025 at 2:47 pm

I love camping in Quartzsite. I found a spot with beautiful mountain views great sunsets and sunrises and almost no one around. Minutes from amenities. Everything you need is right here for camping. Very convenient

  50. @johnnyreb8030 on September 1, 2025 at 2:48 pm

    well done kiddo
