im curious, what do you do with your van when you do your thru-hikes? In the future, id love to plan it where I spend months at a time driving around the country, filming and taking macro photos of nature on trails

great advice as always! I’ve made the mistake of being in a small(ish) depression during a storm, needless to say, I ended up sleeping in the toilet block after being flooded out! For fire, I always have a ziplock bag with a couple of makeup pads soaked in candle wax to start a fire, great use for those candles that are almost burnt out.

My dogs are great companions but at night they’re a nightmare – they growl at a chipmunk walking through leaves. *sigh* 😒 ps – anyone know if you can run out of adrenaline? I’d hate to need some only to find out it’s been used up over chipmunks. Thanks

Maddron Bald in the Smokies was the worst for us, hypothermia and all. The temp dropped so much from the elevation gain and it rained the entire time up. Are you still doing videos or are you taking a break? Really love seeing you and Cinnamon out there.
