I would advise you add into your kit ,the pills that kills bacteria and worms , That is what is used in remote areas, but the taste will somewhat change.

Learning to "make" water, while seemingly a nonsensical concept, is a fascinating journey through the fundamental scientific principles that govern the existence of water, revealing the intricate process of its natural cycle and the limitations of human intervention in creating it from scratch. While we cannot truly "manufacture" water in the sense of generating new molecules, understanding the mechanisms behind its formation and the conditions necessary for its presence allows us to appreciate its preciousness and the importance of conservation.
The Scientific Reality:
At its core, water is a molecule composed of two hydrogen atoms bonded to one oxygen atom (H2O). This structure is a result of the unique chemical properties of these elements, and the creation of new water molecules requires the combination of hydrogen and oxygen atoms, a process that primarily occurs in the atmosphere through natural phenomena like condensation and precipitation.
The Water Cycle and Human Intervention:
Evaporation:
The first step in the water cycle is the evaporation of water from bodies like oceans, lakes, and rivers, where water molecules gain energy from the sun and transform into water vapor, rising into the atmosphere.
Condensation:
This vapor cools as it ascends, forming clouds when water molecules clump together to create tiny droplets.
Precipitation:
When these droplets become heavy enough, they fall back to the earth as rain, snow, or hail, completing the cycle.
Unfortunately, most straw filters use an ultra-filtration method, which uses pressure to force the water through a semi-permeable membrane, capturing microscope sediment & various microorganisms.
So it’s great at removing most pathogenic bugs, but does NOT remove pesticides, VOCs, chemicals from a myriad of industries, heavy metals, etc. You need an activated charcoal filter for that. Maybe boil the water, then filter through the straw filter, then put it through the charcoal filter. Yes, it’s extra work, but it’s infinitely better than getting sick, especially when there’s no medical help available.
– *Looks tasty* .. who agrees? Not sure I wanna be shirtless in the wilderness though, but hey.. better than death I suppose (as long as I don’t freeze to death first)

Boy was like : – 🤢+🤮=🤑
But remember, clean mud is not safe to drink but dirty-
wrong channel

Trees: you know it buddy, that mud’s the *good $hit!*
All clear water is not drinkable 😂
Remember, safe is not clean and clean is not safe
People who go do outdoor activities like camping, hiking etc TAKE NOTES!
You can filter with a certain type of tree branch. It goes from one end to the other. There are videos on the method.

Two slices of stale white bread over chicken wire will filter as well
The water filter will clog after a short time.

I have learned that I should never be in a survival situation without
Extra cloth
A boiling pot
Survival gear

Actually tastes pretty good
End of the vid o : dies💀
Ein Wasserfilter mitten im Überleben 😂
No matter what still boil the water
Ye I’ll probably find a water filter lying around somewhere.

That 1%😈
You’re a genius. No one ever thought of using a filter before. Bravo sir.
shit was bubbly bro 😭
Sounds about white
My parents are preppers and they as "homework" want me and my sister to find it
Let’s put that under a microscope😅
