Backpacking lentils, cabbage, and rice
Backpacking lentils, cabbage, and rice
This meal is always satisfying after a long day of walking! The lentils add a creamy texture and are high in protein. The cabbage adds a nice crunch.

What kind of dehydrator are you using?
I love these two and I love all the great questions and comments …. but…. they never ever respond or answer a question.
With that much fiber you’ll need a wheelbarrow not a wag bag 😅
The way I would act soo impatient and irritated, sharing every other spoon and one pot, after a hard day of hiking, being exhausted and hungry…guys you are so zen and in-love. Can’t imagine myself not engorging my separate meal at peace after hike.
Mail them to yourselves?!! I can’t imagine the organisation required
“To save weight” …. Lol, negligible
🤮
That looks like a meal for one not two?
Y’all’s immune systems are going to be ironclad by now, with all the water sources you use on your trails.
Looks great, fun way to lose weight

Love everything , but I would be getting super food agro having to pass it back and forth . . .
seems like you would want some variation instead of the same exact meal every time?
You guys make super yummy meals.
Sharing a pot and spoon is just ridiculous
I watch the channel and love it, you must be close because as a child i couldnt share food because of sister stealing off my plate.
We were well fed but she was just mean, i still couldn’t share dish plate 😆 does it ever bother either of you 😊
That’s not enough for 2ppl
Do you dehydrate the rice do you make the rice in the dehydrate
Just keep the rice uncooked
Fresh air exercise exploring adventure and healthy eating….sounds like a win win 🏅
Macros?
Every time he gets that water filter out I think. "Oh Grey Goose vodka! No wait …"
Are you allowed to fish?
1 spork is overkill.
This is actually really smart for home use. Because you can just boil water at home and instead of instant ramen, you eat something healthy.
❤
Fart bombs❤
Yall are kinda dumb aintcha
Mail the food to yourself? That’s a bit extreme…. do you have glass bones ?
I wish I was as good as you, but when I’m starving just waiting the time for her to cook is good enough. I would not be good at sharing. Good job guys.
I could never drink stream water. Unless I was dying. Lol. They really trust those filters..
A whopping 150 calories per person 😅 I’d die on that
I’ve hardly camp but love watching your adventures
one meal for two is half a pound ? six meals is three pounds !
If you vacuum seal the bags that would also reduce weight (a little bit) but save on space.
What pot is that? I love the silicone lid
These types of meals are so healthy and satisfying when you are giving it your all in the outback. I think you need to do a Google Search for Shyne Coffee.
Filtered stream water. Ok. Hahahahaha
Would you ever consider a vaccum sealer? Cut the bags the top for use, and reuse for later?
I wish you had a cookbook. I don’t hike or camp but I like your meals plan strategies.
What measurement is a ‘C’?
I mean how much weight could one extra spork add…
How many calories are in each pouch?
Considering this might be solution for times when myasthenia is ridiculous. Just need dehydrator. Then again not eating when massive fatigue knocked weight down…
I’m sure you’d be fine carrying another spork
Idu how do you mail your food to yourselves in the wild? I’m extremely interested
Last part was TMI
So you don’t take meat, where are you getting your protein?
Dude, those socks… Is her name Peggy by chance?
Steakkkkkkkk. Always.
