Mt. Rainier National Park Wildflowers – All the BEST Wildflower Day Hikes

It’s wildflower time at one of my favorite places in the world! Wildflowers typically pop up in Mt Rainier National Park mid July and peak around end of July to early August. Here are the best hikes (and a couple you can avoid) you can complete in a day to enjoy the wildflowers at Mt Rainier NP.

If you subbed for Japan content… it’s coming but delayed. My new-ish laptop suddenly decided to quit on me and I lost dozens of hours of WIP edits 😓 pretty crushed so I wanted to work on something different.

What you called “cat tail-like flowers” are called snow grass. Others call them by a derogatory name because of how they look from above.

did you rent a car there? Around how much was it?

did you stay in seattle and commute back and forth, or would you say staying the whole trip in mt rainer area is the way to go?
