In this video I explain the items and equipment you’ll need for a simple camping trip or outdoor adventure.

Here is a full list of the items you should pack;
A pair of trainers
An extra pair of shoes for walking in the hills
One extra PE uniform
Three sets of clothes
Three sets of underwear
A rain jacket
A warm sweatshirt / hoodie / jumper
Pyjamas
Towel
Sleeping bag & sleeping mat
A cap
Facemasks
A water bottle
Toiletries (toothbrush / toothpaste / shampoo / soap)
Suncream
Mosquito repellent
A pencil case & a notebook
Flashlight
Extra blanket
Mobile phone (and charger)
Spending money
Snacks
