Do you know what I am talking about?
I am talking about proper breathing techniques at high altitudes. Breathing properly can make all the difference between reaching the summit or not.

We all know on the high altitude the air is thinner than at sea level. And when we trek in these high altitudes it can cause shortness of breath, tiredness, and nausea. Says Anushree.

This is why in this video, Anushree shows you some of the breathing techniques that will help you with blood circulation, and body temperature and expands your lung capacity.

Anushree, good video. Observe your pronunciation of pranayama – it is प्राण + आयाम so प्राणायाम ( not प्राणयम or प्राणायम). Thanks

Do trek leaders are busy all time of the year or do you guys get a break? I am sure there are trekking trails for all seasons while some of them may overlap as well. I know you guys are busiest during holidays and weekends but what about your holidays?! 😅
