I have a bachelor’s in construction Management but fell in love with Conservation after serving a service term for 6 months in California. As of now, I’m currently working in the construction industry but realize my new niche and passion lies in conservation and environmental work and want to transition into this line of work as a career

Anyone can kill pope and young these days, there’s 4 farms within 50 miles from my land, for the price you can shoot whatever your heart desires. I have much more respect for Allie ,for doin it the hard way on public land,it’s much more gratifying. Keep it up Allie , enjoy it as long as you can. Welcome to the field

Thanks again for sharing your wonderful experience.. not many people take the time to help others out, but you take first prize. I’m about to retire, but could have used these words of wisdom years ago. Would have loved to work in some type of outdoor job…

  20. Zane Van Pelt on September 16, 2019 at 8:27 pm

Would you be able to do a video further diving into your personal influencer brand and any tips for managing it? I’ve been at this for two years now, starting in the motorcycle industry, and realized that I sacrificed my passion for the outdoors in doing so and a balance was needed between the two; so I rebranded and am starting over with lots of prep work and much more organization & structure. I do what I love as a field journalist documenting my experiences in motorworks and the outdoors, but since the merger I have watched my following plummet, and my website is getting views but not enough. I’m breaking into video content to supplement photo and writing, and that takes time to figure out. I am a part of an entrepreneurship center at the University at which I am finishing my bachelors in business, but nobody in the center has any experience in doing what you or I do; they are versed in churn & burn venture capitalism scenarios and merchandising/franchising which is a completely different ballgame. Any advice, tips, insights would really help. I know a few people very passionate about what they do but they just can’t seem to kick it off effectively.
    Thank you,
    -Zane

WOW !!!, talk about a bunch of jealous, grumpy old people. What’s wrong with making a living at doing something you love, just cause you have been doing it longer doesn’t mean you’re the expert. And for the rest of you pervs , really

Nice job, Congrats, I left 2 Major Healthcare Careers of 12 years that did not make me as happy as the outdoors does, so I created this channel 18 months ago and started my path down this road. Difficult finding something in the outdoors that pays the bills lol. nice channel also.

Awesome content. I recently just got out of the military and graduated college seeking a similar career. I appreciate the advice and found valuable information in your comments section. I too am frequently available to hunt and fish but often have to go solo. I will look into those forums to begin networking. Thank you! Keep up the great work.
